The WiFi Quality Institute develops and stewards the WiFi Quality Body of Knowledge, including its Doctrine, conceptual Framework, governing Principles, assessment Methodology and supporting technical guidance. Its work advances transparent, repeatable and evidence-based understanding of WiFi Quality in real-world environments.

WQI publications are informed by established technical standards, network-measurement literature, metrology and conformity-assessment principles. Reference to external standards or organisations does not imply accreditation, certification, endorsement or formal compliance.
The IEEE 802.11 family of standards provides the technical foundation for WiFi networking and informs the interpretation of wireless-system behaviour within WQI research and methodology.
IETF IPPM publications provide established terminology and measurement approaches for network-performance characteristics including latency, packet loss and related Internet performance metrics.
Relevant ISO/IEC publications provide reference principles for conformity assessment, competence, evidence, evaluation structures and the governance of assessment activities.
Established metrological and measurement guidance, including relevant JCGM and NIST literature, informs the WQI treatment of measurement uncertainty, traceability, repeatability and evidential reliability.
The Institute develops a coordinated body of knowledge defining the conceptual foundations, governing principles and methodological requirements of WiFi Quality.
The Institute supports open technical discussion, critical review and engagement with the wider wireless, Internet measurement, research and quality-assessment communities. References to external organisations, standards or publications do not imply affiliation, endorsement or formal partnership.
The Institute provides stewardship and governance oversight of the WiFi Quality Body of Knowledge, its methodological integrity, publication process and long-term development.
The WiFi Quality Institute advances transparent, evidence-based and repeatable approaches to understanding and assessing WiFi Quality across real-world environments.
